Bill Zook
President (Board Director since 2008)

Becky Zemlicka
Vice President (Board Director since 1996)

One of Ruth Harbor’s three original founders, Becky is most passionate about Ruth Harbor because, “It was the first clear calling from God I received. At the young age of 23, He asked me to serve Him by helping to start this ministry, and so I did. It’s been a blessing ever since.” Becky earned a BA in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from the University of Northern Iowa and owns Mindz Eye Marketing. In addition to serving on Ruth Harbor’s board, Becky is also a director on the boards for Riverside Lutheran Bible Camp and the Iowa Credit Union Review Board. Rosezine B. Wallace
(Board Director since 2011)

Rosezine B. Wallace says she, “accepted the opportunity to serve Ruth Harbor in hopes that my small contributions could enable the ministry in its efforts to see young women have more than a viable option to abortion, but a resource for getting both her life and her child’s life aligned with the plans and purposes of God. Every person should know that God does not discard people. He knows how to take the threads of our lives and weave them into a beautiful tapestry when all others only see broken threads. Ruth Harbor is a place of hope, help and wholeness.” Rosezine’s extensive education background includes a Masters of Theology from the Great Commission Bible Institute & Theological Seminary in Charlotte, North Carolina. She is currently the Senior Pastor of Grow Up Ministries Church in Des Moines and a distant learning student at More Than Conquerors College in Charlotte, NC.

Bill Gustoff
(Board Director since 2017)

Bill and Sara Gustoff were introduced to Ruth Harbor in 2008 by a board member’s invitation to the annual Ruth Harbor Banquet. In addition to working with numerous nonprofit organizations and ministries through Bill’s practice, he and Sara (and their four children from ages 21 to 7) are actively involved with various nonprofit ministries, their local church (Lake Country Bible Chapel in Ankeny), and local political efforts that support like-minded causes.
